Thanks to a reliable lead I came across a nice free Blog marketing / advertisement tool which accepts any LEGAL blogs including adult entertainment blogs as long as they are properly labeled.

Entrecard is good if you have to scream to the world that you have made a new blog. But it won't do much good to you after your blog has matured.
After using Entrecard my blog has seen traffic like never before, but it has also increased bounce rate to over 90%. Retaining traffic from entrecard is very difficult
